摘 要:为减少金属压延企业机械伤害事故发生,对金属压延企业机械伤害事故进行分析,发现造成机械伤害事故的原因主要为机械设备轴承等转动部位有人的身体被卷入的风险,冲床冲压部位有撞伤和压伤的危险,机械设备捶打、切割等部位有撞挤和剪切的危险等。通过采取针对性的本质安全技术、安全管理技术等安全措施能有效减少机械伤害事故的发生。In order to reducing the occurrence of mechanical injury accidents in the metal rolling enterprises,the analysis of mechanical injury accidents in the metal rolling enterprises shows that the main causes of the accidents are are mainly mechanical equipment bearings and other rotating parts of the human body is involved in the risk of stam-ping parts of the punch press with the risk of impact and pressure injuries,machinery and equipment,such as pound-ing,cutting and other parts of the collision and extrusion,shear risk,and so on.By adopting targeted safety measures such as intrinsic safety techniques and safety management techniques,the occurrence of mechanical injury accidents can be effectively reduced.
