摘　　要：该试验通过改变药材的配比拟定5个治疗鸡大肠杆菌病的中药复方,通过体外抑菌试验和临床治疗试验评价其抗菌效果以筛选最佳复方。体外抑菌试验采用药敏纸片法和牛津杯法测定5个复方抑菌圈的大小,以评价大肠杆菌对药物的敏感度;临床试验主要是通过比较5个中药复方对210例大肠杆菌自然病例的治疗效果进行筛选。结果显示,5个中药复方对大肠杆菌均有一定的抗菌作用,对临床自然病例均有一定治疗效果,但以复方Ⅲ抑菌作用较强、临床治疗效果好,有效率达96.7%。试验表明以白头翁为君药的中药复方Ⅲ能有效治疗临床肉鸡大肠杆菌引起的腹泻。In this study,five traditional Chinese medicine compounds for the treatment of chicken colibacillosis were prepared by changing the proportion of medicinal materials,and their antibacterial effects were evaluated by in vitro antibacterial test and clinical treatment test to screen the best compound.In vitro antibacterial test,the size of five compound antibacterial rings was measured by drug sensitive paper method and Oxford cup method to evaluate the sensitivity of E.coli to drugs.The clinical trial was mainly conducted by comparing the therapeutic effects of five Chinese herbal compounds on 210 natural cases of E.coli.The results showed that the five TCM compounds had certain antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli and had certain therapeutic effect on clinical natural cases,but the compoundⅢhad strong antibacterial effect and good clinical therapeutic effect,with an effective rate of 96.7%.The results indicated that Chinese herbal compoundⅢwith Pulanemone as the main drug could effectively treat the diarrhea caused by Escherichia coli in clinical broilers.
