摘 要:氧化应激是现代畜牧业面临的重要挑战之一。随着世界畜牧业的技术不断提升和需求不断增长,如何保障家畜健康和生产效益已成为研究的热点之一。抗氧化剂作为一种能够清除自由基、延缓氧化应激的重要物质,在畜牧业生产中应用广泛。该文从抗氧化剂的分类入手,综述天然抗氧化剂和合成抗氧化剂在生物体内的作用。在此基础上,进一步阐述抗氧化剂在饲料生产中的应用,及其对动物生产的影响。结合抗氧化剂在动物生产中的应用案例,分析抗氧化剂在当前动物生产中的存在问题及其具有的潜在发展前景。Oxidative stress is one of the important challenges faced by modern animal husbandry.With the continuous improvement of technology and increasing demand in the world's animal husbandry,how to ensure the health and production efficiency of livestock has become one of the research hotspots.Antioxidants,as an important substance that can eliminate free radicals and delay oxidative stress,have gradually received attention in the application of animal husbandry production.This article starts with the classification of antioxidants,as well as their mechanisms of action in organisms.On this basis,this article further elaborates on the application strategies of antioxidants in feed production and their impact on animal production.Further combining the application cases of antioxidants in animal production,this article analyzes the widespread application of antioxidants in current animal production,as well as their potential development and prospects.
