摘 要:该文深入研究基层畜牧兽医防疫体系的构建与优化,探讨其基本原则、现有问题等方面内容。在构建体系时,全面性、综合性、数据驱动决策是基本原则。然而,现存问题包括人力资源不足、疫苗管理不当等。为解决这些问题,需要关注人力资源培训、数据收集和财政支持等关键要素。此外,财政支持和合作伙伴关系对体系的可持续性至关重要。通过综合应用这些原则和策略,基层畜牧兽医防疫体系能更好地服务农村社区,维护动植物健康,促进食品供应链的可持续性,实现农村社区的可持续发展。This paper studies the construction and optimization of the basic animal husbandry and veterinary epidemic prevention system,and discusses the basic principles,existing problems and other aspects.In building a system,comprehensive,comprehensive,data-driven decision-making is the basic principle.However,the existing problems include insufficient human resources and improper management of vaccines.To address these issues,a focus is needed on key elements such as HR training,data collection,and financial support.Furthermore,financial support and cooperative partnerships are crucial to the sustainability of the system.Through the comprehensive application of these principles and strategies,the grassroots animal husbandry and veterinary epidemic prevention system can better serve the rural communities,maintain the animal and plant health,promote the sustainability of the food supply chain,and realize the sustainable development of the rural communities.
