摘  要:目的探讨情景式健康教育理念对踝关节骨折患者踝关节肿胀、功能恢复的影响。方法选取2020年1月至2022年1月在南宁市第一人民医院接受治疗的105例踝关节骨折患者作为研究对象,采用抽签法分为试验组(n=53)和对照组(n=52)。对照组给予常规护理,试验组在对照组基础上加用情景式健康教育理念。比较两组的临床疗效、足踝肿胀周径、踝关节功能评分、消肿时间、术后住院时间、功能障碍指数(oswestry disability index,ODI)评分、美国足踝外科协会(American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society,AOFAS)踝-后足功能评分及不良反应发生情况。结果干预后,试验组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组足踝肿胀周径水平均降低,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组踝关节功能评分均升高,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组消肿时间与术后住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组ODI评分均降低,且试验组低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);AOFAS评分均升高,且试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论情景式健康教育理念对踝关节骨折患者的干预效果理想,可有效改善患者的踝关节肿胀,促进功能恢复。Objective To explore the impact of situational health education concept on ankle swelling and functional recovery in patients with ankle fracture.Methods 105 patients with ankle fractures who received treatment at Nanning First People’s Hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were selected and divided into an experimental group(n=53)and a control group(n=52)using a lottery method.The control group received routine nursing treatment,while the experimental group received situational health education concept treatment.Compare the clinical efficacy,ankle swelling circumference,ankle joint function score,swelling reduction time and postoperative hospital stay,dysfunction index(ODI)score,American Orthopedic Foot and Ankle Society(AOFAS)score,and incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups.Results After intervention,there was a significant difference in total effective rate between the two groups(P<0.05);After intervention,the circumference level of ankle swelling in both groups decreased over time,and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);After intervention,the ankle joint function scores of both groups increased over time,and the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);After intervention,the time for swelling reduction and postoperative hospitalization in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05);After intervention,the ODI scores of both the experimental and control groups decreased over time,and the experimental group was lower than the control group(P<0.05);The AOFAS index scores all increased over time,and the experimental group was higher than the control group(P<0.05);The adverse reactions of the two groups were mainly back extension dysfunction,lower limb vein thrombosis and tension blisters,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The intervention effect of situational health education concept in ankle fracture is ideal,which can effectively improve ankle swelling and p
