摘 要:为研究多孔金属泡沫铝的铣削力特性,通过实验测得泡沫铝主要宏观力学性能,运用EDEM软件建立泡沫铝离散元仿真分析模型,调整其微观性能参数,使仿真分析得到的泡沫铝主要宏观力学性能与实验测得的结果相匹配,确定最终的仿真分析模型。运用正交实验原理,通过离散元仿真分析方法研究泡沫铝铣削力随切削用量的变化规律,建立切削力指数经验公式。通过实验方法研究泡沫铝铣削力随进给速度和背吃刀量的变化规律,并将实验研究、仿真分析及经验公式预测的铣削力结果进行对比分析。研究结果表明:三种方法得到的切削力随铣削用量变化的规律基本一致,相对误差小于10%,证明采用离散元仿真分析方法研究泡沫铝铣削力的可行性及所建立的铣削力经验公式的准确性。In order to study the milling force characteristics of porous metal aluminum foam,the main macroscopic mechanical properties of aluminum foam were measured by experiments.The discrete element simulation analysis model of aluminum foam was established by EDEM software,and its microscopic performance parameters were adjusted.The main macroscopic mechanical properties of aluminum foam obtained by simulation analysis were matched with the experimental results,and the final simulation analysis model was determined.Based on the orthogonal experiment principle and the discrete element simulation analysis method,the change rule of aluminum foam milling force with cutting amount was studied,and the empirical formula of cutting force index was established.The variation of milling force of aluminum foam with feed rate and cutting weight was studied by experimental method.The milling force results predicted by experimental research,simulation analysis and empirical formula are compared and analyzed.The results show that the cutting force obtained by the three methods is consistent with the change of milling amount,and the relative error is less than 10%.It is proved that the feasibility of using the discrete element simulation analysis method to study the milling force of aluminum foam and the accuracy of the established empirical formula of milling force.
