摘　　要：目的 探讨手术室工作人员发生下肢静脉曲张的影响因素。方法 收集2021年2月至2023年1月于河北北方学院附属第一医院手术室工作的120名医护人员,按照是否发生下肢静脉曲张将其分为观察组(n=41,发生下肢静脉曲张)和对照组(n=79,未发生下肢静脉曲张)。收集所有工作人员的基本信息、下肢静脉曲张发生情况、预防措施、治疗情况等,分析手术室工作人员发生下肢静脉曲张的影响因素。结果 观察组工作人员的工作年限、体重指数均高于对照组工作人员,运动比例、采取预防措施比例均低于对照组工作人员,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。多因素分析结果显示,工作年限﹥5年、体重指数≥24 kg/m^(2)均是手术室工作人员发生下肢静脉曲张的独立危险因素(P﹤0.05),坚持运动、有预防措施是手术室工作人员发生下肢静脉曲张的保护因素(P﹤0.05)。结论 手术室工作人员中发生下肢静脉曲张较为常见,工作年限、体重指数、运动情况以及预防措施情况均与手术室工作人员发生下肢静脉曲张密切相关,应针对上述影响因素积极采取相关措施。Objective To investigate the risk factors for lower extremity varicose veins among operating room staff.Method A total of 120 medical staff working in the operating room of the First Affiliated Hospital of Hebei North University from February 2021 to January 2023 were collected.They were divided into observation group(n=41,varicose veins of lower extremity occurred)and control group(n=79,varicose veins of lower extremity did not occur)according to the occurrence of varicose veins of lower extremity.The baseline data of all staff,the occurrence of varicose veins of the lower extremity,preventive measures,and treatment status were collected.The risk factors for lower extremity varicose veins among operating room staff were analyzed.Result The working years and body mass index of the staff in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,the proportion of exercise and preventive measures taken were lower than those of the staff in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The results of 2 multivariate analysis showed that working years>5 years and body mass index≥24 kg/m were independent risk factors for lower extremity varicose veins among operating room staff(P<0.05),continuing to exercise and taking preventive measures were protective factors for lower extremity varicose veins among operating room staff(P<0.05).Conclusion The lower extremity varicose veins are commonly seen among operating room staff,working years,body mass index,exercise status,and preventive measures are closely related to the occurrence of lower extremity varicose veins among this population.Relevant measures should be actively taken to target the above risk factors.
