摘　　要：目的观察鹅颈式抓捕器配合可调弯鞘回收下腔静脉滤器(IVCF)的临床效果。方法收集2021年3月至2022年4月于安徽医科大学合肥第三临床学院(合肥市第三人民医院影像中心)行IVCF取出术的25例下肢深静脉血栓形成(DVT)患者的临床资料,将采用滤器回收套件回收滤器的患者作为对照组(n=12),将采用鹅颈式抓捕器配合可调弯鞘回收滤器的患者作为观察组(n=13)。比较两组患者的手术成功率、手术时间、手术费用及并发症发生情况。结果两组患者均成功取出滤器,手术成功率均为100%。观察组患者的手术时间短于对照组患者,手术费用低于对照组患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。两组患者术后并发症总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。结论鹅颈式抓捕器配合可调弯鞘回收IVCF是一种安全、方便、快捷的手术方式,不但能够快速、有效地完成回收,而且节省治疗费用,值得临床推广应用。Objective To observe the clinical effect of gooseneck catcher combined with the adjustable curved sheath to retrieve inferior vena cava filter(IVCF).Method The clinical data of 25 patients with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis(DVT)who underwent IVCF removal at the Third People's Hospital of Hefei,Hefei Third Clinical College of Anhui Medical University from March 2021 to April 2022 were collected.Patients who used a filter retrieval kit to recover their filters were included in the control group(n=12),and patients who used a gooseneck catcher with an adjustable curved sheath to recover their filters were included in the observation group(n=13).The surgical success rate,operation time,surgical cost,and complications of the two groups of patients were compared.Result Both groups of patients successfully removed the filter,and the surgical success rate was 100%.The operation time of the patients in the observation group was shorter than that of the patients in the control group,and the operation cost was lower than that of the patients in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P﹤0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the total incidence of postoperative complications between the two groups(P﹥0.05).Conclusion The gooseneck catcher combined with the adjustable curved sheath is a safe,convenient,and fast surgical method for IVCF retrieval.This method is worthy of widespread clinical application as it could not only complete the retrieval quickly and effectively,but also save treatment costs.
