摘 要:本研究以某水资源回收厂为研究对象,设计中试装置,以超滤—反渗透工艺技术处理废水,考察其可行性。该双膜工艺处理结果满足工业回用标准。预处理后的给水平均浊度去除率为99.2%(超滤)。经反渗透处理后,再生水中电解液电导率达到97.9%。通过强化反冲洗、化学强化反冲洗和就地清洗,控制了膜的污染。该系统提高了超滤—反渗透工艺作为安全水三级处理的可行性、可靠性和经济性,表明该技术已经成熟,可以全面实施可持续用水。This study takes a water resource recycling plant as the research object,designs a pilot plant to treat wastewater by ultrafilterreverse osmosis technology,and investigates its feasibility.The result of the double film process meets the industrial reuse standard.After pretreatment,the average turbidity removal rate of feedwater was 99.2%(ultrafiltration).After reverse osmosis treatment,the conductivity of the electrolyte in the reclaimed water reached 97.9%.The pollution of the membrane was controlled by intensive backwashing,chemical backwashing and local cleaning.The system improves the feasibility,reliability and economy of the ultrafilterreverse osmosis process as a tertiary treatment of safe reclaimed water,indicating that the technology has matured and can be fully implemented for sustainable reclaimed water.
