摘　　要：本文探讨了生态环境管理在绿色发展背景下的重要性及其关键领域与策略。首先,我们分析了绿色发展的定义和原则,以及生态环境管理的概念和目标,强调二者之间的密切关联。接着,我们重点关注了生态环境管理的三个重要领域:水资源管理、大气环境管理和生物多样性保护,每个领域都对人类社会和生态系统的健康产生深远影响。最后,我们讨论了三个关键策略:提升监管和执法、促进可持续消费与生产以及国际合作与信息共享,强调这些策略在应对全球性环境挑战和推动可持续发展中的关键作用。This paper discusses the importance of ecological environment management in the context of green development and its key areas and strategies.First,we analyze the definitions and principles of green development,as well as the concepts and goals of ecological management,emphasizing the close association between the two.We then focused on three important areas of ecological environment management:water resources management,atmospheric environment management,and biodiversity conservation,each of which has a profound impact on the health of human society and ecosystems.Finally,we discuss three key strategies:improving regulation and enforcement,promoting sustainable consumption and production,and international cooperation and information sharing,highlighting their key role in addressing global environmental challenges and promoting sustainable development.
