摘 要:反贫困关键不仅仅是减贫,而是个人或家庭遭受风险冲击响应及自身维持稳定恢复适应能力的提升,更多体现为贫困人群未来福利或经济状态变化的脆弱性。智慧农业引领农业生产方式发生重大变革,是农业从数字到网络,再到智能化的高级阶段,也是降低贫困脆弱性巩固脱贫攻坚成果优势路径选择。研究尝试梳理智慧农业、农村三产融合与农户贫困脆弱性影响三者之间的逻辑关系,发现智慧农业推动农村产业相互交融和联动发展,以技术渗透与利益联结紧密降低农户可持续生计风险;智慧农业数字技术缓解农户风险暴露脆弱性,提升贫困消除能力。The key to anti-poverty is not only poverty reduction,but also the individual or family response to risk shocks and the improvement of their own ability to maintain stability and recovery,which is more reflected in the fragility of future welfare or economic changes of the poor.Smart agriculture leads to major changes in the mode of agricultural production,which is not only the advanced stage of agriculture from digital to network,and then to intelligence,but also the superior path choice to reduce poverty vulnerability and consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation.The study attempts to sort out the logical relationship among smart agriculture,rural three-industry integration and the impact of farmers'poverty vulnerability,and finds that smart agriculture promotes the integration and linkage of rural industries,and closely reduces the risk of sustainable livelihood of farmers through technology penetration and interest linkage.Smart agriculture digital technology alleviates farmers'vulnerability to risk exposure and improves their ability to eliminate poverty.
