摘  要:采用热分解法在350℃下制备了不同摩尔比的三元涂层Ag-Ru-Mn/Ti阳极,分析了Ag、Ru、Mn在不同摩尔比下钛阳极的电化学性能。利用X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)对钛阳极涂层进行表面形貌和物相分析,结果表明,Mn可以改善涂层的形貌结构。通过循环伏安测试(CV)、线性扫描(LSV)和强化电解寿命测试(ALT)探究了涂层钛阳极的电化学行为,结果表明,添加合适比例的Ag、Mn可以改善涂层的电催化性、导电性和耐腐蚀能力,当n(Ag)∶n(Ru)∶n(Mn)=49∶21∶9时钛阳极的析氧电位为0.7206 V,当n(Ag)∶n(Ru)∶n(Mn)=49∶21∶9和n(Ag)∶n(Ru)∶n(Mn)=7∶3∶3时所制备的涂层钛阳极综合性能最好,使用寿命可达36.7 h和36.5 h。Ternary coated Ag-Ru-Mn/Ti anodes with different molar ratios are prepared via thermal decomposition at 350℃.The electrochemical performance of these titanium anodes under different molar ratios of Ag,Ru and Mn is analyzed.Their surface morphology and phase are analyzed by means of X-ray diffraction(XRD)and scanning electron microscope(SEM).The results show that Mn can improve the topography and structure of the coating.The electrochemical behavior of these coating titanium anodes is explored by means of cyclic voltammetry(CV),polarization curve(LSV)and accelerated life test(ALT).It is verified that adding the appropriate proportion of Ag and Mn can improve the electrocatalytic property,electrical conductivity and corrosion resistance of the coating.The oxygen evolution potential of the anode is 0.7206 V when n(Ag)∶n(Ru)∶n(Mn)=49∶21∶9.The titanium anodes prepared under n(Ag)∶n(Ru)∶n(Mn)=49∶21∶9 and n(Ag)∶n(Ru)∶n(Mn)=7∶3∶3,respectively have the best comprehensive performance.Their service life can reach 36.7 h and 36.5 h,respectively.
