摘　　要：中国共产党在一百多年的理想信念建设历程中,始终坚持马克思主义的理论指导,强调要在读懂弄通的前提下贯彻落实马克思主义基本原理;始终坚持“以人民为中心”的基本立场,践行“一切为了群众、一切依靠群众”的宗旨要求;始终坚持最高纲领和最低纲领相统一的基本原则,正确认识两者的辩证关系,准确把握两者的实践结合;始终坚持“学思践悟”的根本方法,强化学习、思考、实践和领悟四个环节,不断将党的理想信念建设提升到新的实践高度。In the more than 100 years of its ideal and belief construction,the Communist Party of China has always adhered to the theoretical guidance of Marxism,emphasizing the implementation of the basic tenets of Marxism on the premise of understanding;the Party has always adhered to the basic"people-centered"position,and meet the requirements of"everything for the masses,everything relying on the masses".We must always adhere to the basic principle of unifying the highest and lowest programs,correctly understand the dialectical relationship between the two,and accurately grasp the practical combination of the two;we should always adhere to the fundamental method of"learning,thinking,practicing,and understanding",strengthen the four steps of learning,thinking,practice,and comprehension,in order to constantly elevate the Party′s ideal and belief construction to a new level of practice.
