摘　　要：介绍了某机构2019—2021年Ⅱ级生物安全柜的报废情况,分析了报废安全柜的不合格原因、使用年限及二者之间的相关性,提出了重视生物安全柜的规范使用和维护检测、加强安全柜的合理报废等建议,为保障实验室的生物安全和良好运转提供了参考。The scrap management of the level I biosafety cabinet in some institution from 2019 to 2021 was introduced.The level II biosafety cabinet was analyzed in terms of the causes for the failures,service length and the correlation between them.Some suggestions were put forward including standardizing the utilization,maintenance and scrap management of the biosafety cabinet.References were provided for ensuring the biosafety and operation of the laboratory.
