摘  要:目的 探究分析以问题为基础的教学法(PBL)联合循证护理教学法在急诊科护生批判性思维能力培养中的应用。方法 选取于2021年1月—2022年1月至广州中医药大学第一附属医院急诊科实习的护生共80名,作为本次研究对象。根据护生的入院序列数,采用随机数字分组的方式,将80名护生随机分为对照组以及观察组。对照组采用常规教学模式;观察组采用PBL联合循证护理教学模式。对比分析对照组以及观察组的批判性思维能力、理论知识成绩以及实际操作成绩。结果经教学,观察组在批判性思维能力、理论知识成绩以及实际操作成绩方面明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在对急诊科护生进行教学的过程中,采用PBL联合循证护理教学模式,能够有效提升护生的批判性思维能力、理论知识成绩以及实际操作成绩,在实际应用的过程中具有优良的效果,值得进一步推广与应用。Objective To explore and analyze the application of PBL combined with evidence-based nursing teaching method in the cultivation of critical thinking ability of nursing students in emergency department.Methods A total of 80 nursing students who prac⁃ticed in The First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine from January 2021 to January 2022 were selected as the research objects.According to the number of admission sequence of nursing students,80 cases of nursing students were ran⁃domly divided into control group and observation group.The control group received routine teaching mode.The observation group ad⁃opted PBL combined with evidence-based nursing teaching model for intervention.The critical thinking ability,theoretical knowledge and practical performance of the control group and the observation group were compared and analyzed.Results After teaching,the ob⁃servation group was significantly better than the control group in terms of critical thinking ability,theoretical knowledge performance and practical performance,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the process of teaching nursing stu⁃dents in emergency department,the intervention of PBL combined with evidence-based nursing teaching model can effectively im⁃prove the critical thinking ability of nursing students.The achievements of theoretical knowledge and practical operation have excel⁃lent effects in the process of practical application,which is worthy of further promotion and application.
