摘　　要：充血性心力衰竭(CHF),又称慢性心力衰竭,是现今世界心血管领域的一大重要疾病,其发病率和病死率长期以来居高不下。近年来,中医在心力衰竭的临床治疗及科研方面均取得了较大进展。随着整个社会对中医关注度的提高,坚持中医的传承与创新越来越重要。此文概述了CHF的中医病名来源、病因病机沿革、中医证型与证候要素研究、基本治法方药总结,以期为现今中医对心力衰竭的临床治疗及科学研究提供理论参考和思路启迪。Congestive heart failure(CHF),also known as chronic heart failure.This disease is an important disease in the cardiovascu-lar field in the world today,and its incidence and mortality rate have remained high for a long time.In recent years,Traditional Chi-nese medicine has made great progress in the clinical treatment and scientific research of heart failure.With the improvement of the whole society’s attention to Chinese medicine,it is more and more important and necessary to adhere to the inheritance and innovation of Chinese medicine.This paper summarized the origin of CHF disease,etiology and pathogenesis,research on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types and syndrome elements,and summary of basic treatment methods and prescriptions,in order to provide theo-retical reference and inspiration for clinical treatment and scientific research of heart failure in traditional Chinese medicine.
