少腹逐瘀汤联合替硝唑与隔姜灸治疗寒湿凝滞型慢性盆腔炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察少腹逐瘀汤联合替硝唑与隔姜灸治疗寒湿凝滞型慢性盆腔炎的临床效果。方法选取江西省萍乡市中医院寒湿凝滞型慢性盆腔炎患者50例,以随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组。对照组采用少腹逐瘀汤治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上联合替硝唑及隔姜灸治疗。比较2组患者治疗前后盆腔积液量、中医证候积分的改善情况、临床疗效及不良反应。结果治疗后,观察组的盆腔积液量少于对照组,中医证候积分均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率为88.0%(22/25),高于对照组的68.0%(17/25),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。此外,2组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论少腹逐瘀汤联合替硝唑与隔姜灸治疗寒湿凝滞型慢性盆腔炎,能有效缓解临床症状、提高临床效果。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Shaofu Zhuyu decoction combined with Tinidazole and ginger-separated moxibustion in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease of cold-dampness stagnation type.Methods Fifty cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with cold-dampness stagnation were randomly divided into observation group and control group.The patients in the control group were treated with Shaofu Zhuyu decoction,while those in the observation group were treated with tinidazole and ginger-separated moxibustion on the basis of the treatment in the control group.The improvement of pelvic effusion volume,symptom integral and clinical effect were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After treatment,the amount of pelvic effusion in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the TCM syndrome score was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was 88.0%(22/25),which was higher than that of the control group(68.0%,17/25),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).In ad-dition,there was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Shaofu Zhuyu decoction combined with Tinidazole and ginger-separated moxibustion can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms and improve the clinical therapeutic effect of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with cold-dampness stagnation type.
