摘　　要：复发性流产病因复杂,缺乏特异性临床表现,诊治有一定难度。中医治疗以补肾健脾、养血固冲为原则。何军琴教授从事中医妇科诊疗、科研、教学工作20余年,具有丰富的临床经验,治疗该病以一轴四期为主线,以中医治未病思想为指导,强调整体观念与辨证论治;善于应用温肾养血、活血疏肝中药汤剂序贯疗法治疗复发性流产,效果显著。The etiology of recurrent abortion is complex,lack of specific clinical manifestations,diagnosis and treatment is difficult,and some therapeutic measures are still controversial.The treatment is based on the principle of tonifying kidney and spleen,nourish-ing blood and strengthening Chong vessel.Professor He Junqin has been engaged in traditional Chinese medicine gynecology diagno-sis and treatment,scientific research,teaching work for more than 20 years,has rich clinical experience,is good at applying the se-quential therapy of warming kidney nourishing blood,promoting blood and regulating liver Chinese medicine decoction to treat recur-rent abortion,and has obtained significant curative effect.
