补阳还五汤配合中医定向透药治疗气虚血瘀型缺血性中风临床观察

摘　　要：目的研究补阳还五汤配合中医定向透药治疗气虚血瘀型缺血性中风的临床效果。方法选取江西省萍乡市中医院60例气虚血瘀型缺血性中风患者,随机分为观察组与对照组。对照组实施常规治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上配合补阳还五汤联合中医定向透药疗法。观察2组神经功能缺损程度、中医证候积分、临床疗效和不良反应。结果治疗前,2组患者神经功能缺损程度、中医证候积分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组患者的美国国立卫生院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分及中医证候积分比对照组低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总有效率为93.33%(28/30),对照组总有效率为76.67%(23/30),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);2组的不良反应差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论补阳还五汤配合中医定向透药治疗气虚血瘀型缺血性中风临床效果显著,不增加不良反应发生率,可明显改善患者生活质量及临床症状。Objective to study the clinical effect of Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)di-rectional penetration therapy on ischemic stroke of qi deficiency and blood stasis type.Methods 60 cases of ischemic stroke with qi deficiency and blood stasis type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was treated with con-ventional therapy,while the observation group was treated with Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with TCM directional penetration therapy.The degree of nerve function defect,TCM syndrome score,clinical curative effect and adverse reaction were observed in the two groups.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the degree of neurological impairment and TCM syndrome score between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the score of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS)and TCM syndrome score in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the difference was statistical significance(P<0.05).The total ef-fective rate was 93.33%(28/30)in the observation group and 76.67%(23/30)in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Buyang Huanwu decoction combined with TCM directional penetration therapy has a significant clinical effect on ischemic stroke of qi defi-ciency and blood stasis type without increasing the incidence of adverse reactions,and can significantly improve the quality of life and clinical symptoms.
