中医特色护理技术应用于心力衰竭患者的效果评价

摘　　要：目的 探讨中医特色护理技术在心力衰竭(HF)患者中的应用效果。方法 采用回顾性研究法,将80例HF患者随机分为对照组(40例)和观察组(40例),对照组给予常规护理措施,观察组在对照组的基础上增加中医特色护理技术(穴位贴敷、四子散热敷、耳穴压豆)治疗,分析比较2组患者中医证候积分、主要症状护理效果、心功能改善和明尼苏达州心功能不全生命质量量表(MLHFQ)评分。结果 出院时,观察组中医证候积分低于对照组,中医证候有效率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组喘促、胸闷/心悸、神疲乏力等主要症状护理效果优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组心功能改善例数高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组MLHFQ评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 中医特色护理技术有利于减轻HF患者症状,改善心功能,提高临床疗效和生活质量。Objective To explore the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing techniques in patients with heart failure.Methods Retrospective study was used,80 patients with heart failure were randomly divided into control group of 40 cases and observation group of 40 cases.The control group was given conventional treatment,and the observation group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine characteristic nursing techniques(Acupoint Application,Sizi powder fomentation,auricular acu-point pressing)on the basis of the control group.TCM syndrome score,nursing effect evaluation of main symptoms,cardiac function improvement evaluation and Minnesota Living with Heart Failure Questionnaire(MLHFQ)score were analyzed and compared between the two groups.Results At discharge,the TCM syndrome score of observation group was lower than that of control group.The effective rate of TCM syndrome was higher than that of control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The nursing ef-fects of dyspnea,chest tightness/palpitation,fatigue and other major symptoms in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The number of cardiac function improvement cases in the ob-servation group was higher than that in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The MLHFQ score of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Tradi-tional Chinese medicine nursing techniques are beneficial to alleviate the symptoms of patients with heart failure,improve the heart function,and improve the clinical efficacy and quality of life.
