摘　　要：本文以日本国立国会图书馆《资料收集方针书》为研究对象,对其形成的历史进行考察,之后对最新版《资料收集方针书》的结构进行解读,进而着重对其内容特点进行分析,得出依托馆藏发展战略适时修订文献采选条例、加强呈缴立法促进国内文献全面收集、纸电结合巩固外文馆藏优势的启示,以期对我国图书馆的文献资源建设起到一定的借鉴作用。This paper takes the National Diet Library of Japan’s Policy for Acquisition of Materials as the object of study,examines the history of its formation,interprets the structure of the latest version and then focuses on the analysis of its content characteristics.It suggests that we should timely revise the guideline for acquisition of materials based on the acquisition collection development,strengthen legal depositary to promote the comprehensive collection of domestic publications,and consolidate the advantages of foreign publication collection by the combination of paper and electricity materials,aiming at learning from the experience of Japan,and further improving the literature resources construction of the library of our country.
