专业化发展背景下我国公共图书馆地方标准制定现状研究

摘　　要：调查了我国公共图书馆地方标准制定现状,从发布地区、标准内容等方面进行分析,并选取安徽省、深圳市、广州市、温州市进行案例分析,发现公共图书馆地方标准与地方公共图书馆事业发展之间存在互动关系。建议重视公共图书馆地方标准制定工作,及时提炼总结公共图书馆有地方特色、创新性或前瞻性的实践并制定地方标准,积极推动公共图书馆地方标准申报行业标准、国家标准,从而推动公共图书馆专业化发展。The paper investigates the current situation of provincial standard for public library in China,analyzes from the distribution region,content of standard,and makes Anhui province,Shenzhen,Guangzhou and Wenzhou as examples.It is found that there is an interactive relationship between provincial standard of public library and the development of local public libraries,an then,suggests attaching great importance to the work of provincial standard for public library,formulating provincial standard in time to extract and summarize local characteristic,creativity or prospective practices of public library,and actively promoting the application of provincial standard of public library to industry standard and national standard,in order to promote the specialization of public libraries.
