摘　　要：假肢矫形工程是一个交叉学科,专业培养涉及医学、康复医学、工学等多个学科。开展专业认证已成为世界各国保证高等教育质量的重要手段和途径,国际假肢矫形学会开展的专业认证受到广泛认可。本文从认证准备、毕业考核、专家评估和认证复查等几方面介绍了国际假肢矫形学会的假肢矫形器师的认证过程。同时,阐明了国际认证对专业建设的促进作用,为国内相关院校或培养机构开展假肢矫形专业教育教学和参加国际认证提供经验。Prosthetic and orthotic engineering is an interdisciplinary program,involving medicine,rehabilitation medicine,engineering and other disciplines.Professional accreditation has become an important approach to ensure the quality of higher education in the world.The professional accreditation carried out by the International Society for Prosthetics and Orthotics(ISPO)has been widely recognized.This paper introduces certification process of the professional prosthetist and orthotist of ISPO from the aspects of certification preparation,graduation examination,expert evaluation and certification review,etc.At the same time,we clarify the promotion role of international accreditation on specialty construction,and provides experience for relevant domestic colleges or training institutions to carry out professional education and participate in international accreditation for prosthetic and orthotic engineering program.
