摘　　要：介绍了波状挡边带式输送机的发展应用、结构组成及特点,根据某露天矿山的工程特点,结合波状挡边带式输送机的结构形式,确定了波状挡边带式输送机在该露天矿山矿石、废石出坑连续输送中的应用。为了提高生产效率,实现采场向下延伸时不影响采场生产,减少输送系统的移设次数及时间,提高生产效率,本文提出了大倾角波状挡边带式输送机在深凹露天矿山连续输送中的储带装置和延伸方案,同时阐明了波状挡边带式输送机在深凹露天矿山连续输送中的应用特点。This article introduces the development,application,structural composition and characteristics of the corrugated edge belt conveyor.In the engineering characteristics of a certain open-pit mine and the structural form of the corrugated edge belt conveyor,we have found the application of the corrugated edge belt conveyor in the continuous transportation of ore and waste rock from the open-pit mine are determined.In order to improve production efficiency,we will ensure that the downward extension of the mining area does not affect the production of the mining area in reducing the number and time of conveyor system relocation.We have improved production efficiency.This article proposes a storage device and extension scheme for the large angle wavy edge belt conveyor in the continuous transportation of deep concave open-pit mines.At the same time,the application characteristics of the wavy edge belt conveyor in the continuous transportation of deep concave open-pit mines are explained.
