摘  要:目的探讨临床诊断子宫内膜息肉疾病采取经阴道超声技术的价值。方法回顾性分析2022年1—12月常熟市第二人民医院门诊及住院疑似子宫内膜息肉患者726例的临床资料,分别采取经腹超声与经阴道超声检查,以宫腔镜结合病理诊断结果为金标准,计算两种检查方式的灵敏度、特异度及准确率。结果726例疑似子宫内膜息肉患者通过宫腔镜结合病理检查,其中588例确诊为子宫内膜息肉疾病,占比80.99%,138例为其他子宫疾病,占比19.01%。阴道超声诊断灵敏度99.66%、特异度99.28%及准确率99.59%均高于腹部超声,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=542.498、109.721、651.342,P<0.05)。结论临床诊断子宫内膜息肉疾病可首选阴道超声技术,相比腹部超声检查灵敏度、特异度及准确率均更高。Objective To investigate the value of transvaginal ultrasound in clinical diagnosis of endometrial polyps.Methods retrospective analysed of clinical data of 726 patients with suspected endometrial polyps in the outpatient and inpatient departments of the Second People's Hospital of Changshu City from January to December 2022 were selected as the study subjects.Transabdominal ultrasound and transvaginal ultrasound were performed respectively,and the sensitivity,specificity and accuracy of the two methods were calculated using hysteroscopy combined with pathological diagnosis as the gold standard.Results Among the 726 suspected patients with endometrial polyps,588 cases were confirmed as endometrial polyp disease,accounting for 80.99%,and 138 cases were other uterine diseases,accounting for 19.01%.The diagnostic sensitivity of vaginal ultrasound was 99.66%,the specificity of 99.28%and the accuracy of 99.59%were higher than those of abdominal ultrasound,and the differences were statistically significant(χ^(2)=542.498,109.721,651.342,P<0.05).Conclusion Vaginal ultrasound can be the first choice for clinical diagnosis of endometrial polyps,which is more sensitive,specific and accurate than abdominal ultrasound.
