复方苦参注射液联合化疗治疗胃肠癌的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究分析对肠癌患者积极予以化疗联合复方苦参注射液治疗的成效。方法选取2022年5月—2023年5月南通市中医院肿瘤科共80例胃肠癌患者,按照不同治疗方式分为观察组及对照组,各40例。对照组实施单纯化疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合复方苦参注射液治疗。比较两组治疗效果。结果治疗后,观察组疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组社会、环境、躯体、心理评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组总有效率(95.00%)高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=6.049,P<0.05)。观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论针对胃肠癌患者,通过采用复方苦参注射液与化疗联合治疗,将明显降低患者癌痛程度,提升生存质量,降低不良反应的出现,提升胃肠癌的疗效。Objective To explore and analyze the effect of chemotherapy combined with compound matrine injection on colorectal cancer patients.Methods A total of 80 patients with gastric cancer were selected from the Oncology Department of Nantong Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital from May 2022 to May 2023.They were divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 40 cases in each group.The control group received simple chemotherapy,while the observation group received combined treatment with compound sophora flavescens injection on the basis of the control group.Compared the therapeutic effects of two groups.Results After treatment,the pain score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The social,environmental,physical,and psychological scores of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group(95.00%)was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=6.049,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion For patients with gastrointestinal cancer,the combination treatment of compound matrine injection and chemotherapy can significantly reduce the degree of cancer pain,improve the quality of life,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and improve the efficacy of gastrointestinal cancer.
