中西医结合保守治疗异位妊娠的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析异位妊娠患者应用中西医结合保守治疗的效果。方法随机选择2021年1月—2022年12月在广东省东莞市万江医院临床明确诊断并接受保守药物治疗的未破裂型输卵管异位妊娠患者96例为研究对象,根据是否联用中医治疗将其分成研究组和对照组,每组48例。记录两组异位妊娠包块大小及血流变化,同时选取血人绒毛膜促性腺激素(human chorionic gonadotrophin,HCG)与不良反应发生率反映中西医结合保守治疗的疗效与安全性。结果研究组综合治疗效果为93.8%,明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=7.500,P<0.05);研究组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合在治疗未破裂型异位妊娠方面较单纯西药治疗疗效好、安全性高。Objective The effect of conservative treatment using integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine in patients with ectopic pregnancy.Methods 96 patients with unruptured fallopian tube ectopic pregnancy who were clinically diagnosed and received conservative drug treatment at Wanjiang Hospital in Dongguan City,Guangdong Province from January 2021 to December 2022 were randomly selected.They were divided into a research group and a control group according to whether they were combined with traditional Chinese medicine treatment,with 48 cases in each group.Record data on the size of the ectopic pregnancy mass and changes in blood flow.At the same time,blood human chorionic gonadotrophin(HCG)and adverse reaction incidence were selected as secondary monitoring indicators to reflect the efficacy and safety of conservative treatment with integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine.Results The comprehensive treatment effect of the study group was 93.8%significantly better than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=7.500,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine is more effective and safer than western medicine alone in treating unruptured ectopic pregnancy.
