肝胃百合汤治疗胃溃疡肝胃不和证的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探究肝胃百合汤对胃溃疡肝胃不和证的临床治疗效果及对患者中医证候积分、不良反应的影响。方法选取2022年1—12月无锡明慈心血管病医院消化科治疗的80例胃溃疡患者为研究对象,均属中医肝胃不和证型。按照信封法随机分为两组,每组40例,对照组予以常规西药治疗硫糖铝片+兰索拉唑治疗,观察组予以肝胃百合汤+兰索拉唑治疗。比较两组患者中医证候积分,统计两组患者用药后不良反应发生情况,对比分析其临床治疗效果。结果观察组临床治疗总有效率100.00%显著高于对照组的90.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.211,P<0.05);观察组用药不良反应发生率2.50%明显低于对照组的20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中医证候积分中出血(0.23±0.07)分、反酸(0.47±0.10)分、嗳气(0.26±0.05)分、腹痛(0.23±0.03)分低于对照组相关证候积分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论肝胃百合汤对胃溃疡肝胃不和证患者的临床治疗意义重大,不仅可改善患者临床症状,还可降低药物不良反应发生率,增强整体临床治疗效果,是理想的临床保守治疗方案。Objective To explore the clinical therapeutic effect of Ganwei Baihe Decoction on liver and stomach disharmony syndrome of gastric ulcer and its influence on traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score and adverse reactions of patients.Methods 80 patients with gastric ulcer treated by the Department of Gastroenterology of Wuxi Mingci Cardiovascular Disease Hospital from January to December 2022 were selected as the study objects,all of which were traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score liver and stomach disharmony syndrome.They were randomly divided into two groups according to envelope method,with 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine sulcoaluminum tablet+Lansoprazole,and the observation group was treated with Ganwei Baihe Decoction and Lansoprazole.The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of the two groups were evaluated,and the adverse reactions of the two groups of patients after medication were counted,and the clinical therapeutic effect was compared and analyzed.Results The total effective rate of the observation group(100.00%)was statistically higher than that of the control group(90.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.211,P<0.05).The incidence of adverse drug reactions in the observation group(2.50%)was statistically lower than that in the control group(20.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The traditional Chinese medicine syndrome score of bleeding(0.23±0.07)points,acid reflux(0.47±0.10)points,belching(0.26±0.05)points and abdominal pain(0.23±0.03)points in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Ganwei Baihe Decoction is of great significance in the clinical treatment of patients with liver and stomach disharmony syndrome of gastric ulcer.It can not only improve the clinical symptoms of patients,but also reduce the rate of adverse drug reactions and enhance the overall clinical treat
