摘 要:本文首先介绍了肝内胆管结石及其治疗方法的背景,接着阐述了三维可视化技术在切肝手术中的重要作用,包括提供更全面准确的解剖信息、辅助手术规划和模拟等方面。通过对临床案例的分析,说明了三维可视化技术在手术过程中的实际应用情况,并提供了操作步骤和注意事项。因此三维可视化技术在肝内胆管结石行切肝手术中具有重要的应用价值。然而,在进一步推广应用时,仍需克服相关技术和经济上的限制,并加强对医护人员的培训和专业知识的提升。This article introduces the background of intrahepatic bile duct stones and their treatment methods firstly,and then elaborates on the important role of three dimensional visualization technology in liver resection surgery,including providing more comprehensive and accurate anatomical information,assisting in surgical planning and simulation,and so on.Through the analysis of clinical cases,the practical application of three dimensional visualization technology in the surgical process was explained,and operational steps and precautions were provided.Therefore,three-dimensional visualization technology has important application value in liver resection surgery for intrahepatic bile duct stones.However,in further promotion and application,it is still necessary to overcome relevant technical and economic limitations,and strengthen the training of medical staff and the improvement of professional knowledge.
