探究心电图破碎QRS波在心血管疾病诊断工作中的临床应用新进展

摘　　要：破碎QRS波通常可在常规12导联心电图上表现出QRS波中形成额外的形态各异的棘波,在既往临床工作中也被证实可用于诊各类心血管疾病,被认为是心电图诊断应用期间的新标志。不过最近的研究报道指出,破碎QRS波的预警功能已经能够拓展到各类心血管疾病的诊断工作当中,并取得了较高的诊断方面的价值。本文现就心电图破碎QRS波在心血管疾病诊断工作中的临床应用新进展进行综述与分析,分别从破碎QRS波的生理学、病理学及血流动力学,破碎QRS波在心血管疾病中的应用等角度出发,旨在为心血管疾病的诊断及治疗提供可靠依据。The fragmented QRS complex are usually shown on conventional 12-lead electrocardiograms as additional spikes of different morphologies in the QRS complex,and have been confirmed to be used in the diagnosis of various cardiovascular diseases in previous clinical work,which is considered to be a new sign during the diagnostic application of electrocardiograms.However,recent studies have reported that the early warning function of the fragmented QRS complex has been extended to the diagnosis of various cardiovascular diseases and has achieved high diagnostic value.This paper reviews and analyzes the new progress of the clinical application of the fragmented QRS complex in the diagnosis of cardiovascular diseases,from the perspectives of physiology,pathology and hemodynamics of the fragmented QRS complex,and the application of the fragmented QRS complex in cardiovascular diseases,respectively,with the aim of providing a reliable basis for the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular diseases.
