叶面喷施褪黑素对淹水胁迫下贡菊幼苗生长的影响

摘  要:为有效减少淹水胁迫对贡菊的伤害,促进贡菊产业发展,本文研究了叶面喷施褪黑素对淹水胁迫下贡菊幼苗生长的影响。结果表明,与仅浇营养液对照相比,淹水胁迫下贡菊叶片丙二醛含量及相对电导率分别显著增加了81.54%和105.91%,其净光合速率、气孔导度及蒸腾速率显著下降了46.93%、39.52%和42.30%,胞间二氧化碳显著增加了16.06%,幼苗的鲜重、总干重分别减少了52.11%、44.96%。贡菊幼苗生长显著受抑。淹水胁迫下叶面喷施100μmol/L褪黑素后,贡菊叶片丙二醛含量、相对电导率较淹水胁迫处理分别减少了26.89%和23.86%,净光合速率、总干重分别增加了14.46%、18.13%。可见,淹水胁迫下贡菊幼苗生长显著受抑,叶面喷施100μmol/L褪黑素可减轻淹水胁迫下贡菊幼苗的膜脂过氧化,缓解淹水的伤害。In order to effectively reduce the damage of waterlogging stress on Gongju and promote the development of Gongju industry,this paper studied the effect of foliar spraying of melatonin on the growth of Gongju seedlings under waterlogging stress.The results showed that compared with the control only irrigated with nutrient solution,the malon-dialdehyde content and relative conductivity of Gongju leaves significantly increased by 81.54%and 105.91%under waterlogging stress.The net photosynthetic rate,stomatal conductance,and transpiration rate significantly decreased by 46.93%,39.52%and 42.30%,respectively.The intercellular carbon dioxide concentration significantly increased by 16.06%,the fresh weight and total dry weight of seedlings decreased by 52.11%and 44.96%,respectively.The growth of Gongju seedlings was significantly inhibited.Compared with waterlogging stress treatment,after foliar spraying of melatonin 100μmol/L under waterlogging stress,the malondialdehyde content and relative conductivity of Gongju leaves decreased by 26.89%and 23.86%,respectively,while the net photosynthetic rate and total dry weight increased by 14.46%and 18.13%,respectively.It can be seen that the growth of Gongju seedlings is significantly inhibited under waterlogging stress,foliar spraying of melatonin 100μmol/L can alleviate membrane lipid peroxidation in Gongju seedlings under waterlogging stress and alleviate the damage of waterlogging stress.
