摘　　要：为探讨植物生长调节剂复硝酚钠和14-羟基芸苔素甾醇对牡丹微型盆栽春节催花的影响,选择牡丹品种紫二乔为试材,用复硝酚钠、14-羟基芸苔素甾醇及二者混合溶液分别进行灌根和叶面喷施处理,观察和测定紫二乔的催花物候期、生长发育情况。结果表明,叶面喷施98%复硝酚钠5000倍液能够提高紫二乔春节催花过程中的开花质量,增加新枝长度和花径,提高成花率,缩短催花时间,同时延长单朵花期和整株花期。建议在牡丹品种紫二乔微型盆栽春节催花过程中使用复硝酚钠进行叶面喷施处理。In order to investigate the effects of plant growth regulators of compound sodium nitrophenolate and 14-hydroxylated brassinosteroid on the flower forcing of peony planted in miniature pot during the Spring Festival,the peony variety Zierqiao was selected as the experimental material.Sodium dinitrophenol,14-hydroxy brassinosteroid and their mixed solutions were used for root irrigation and foliar spraying,respectively.The flower forcing phenophase,growth and development of Zierqiao were observed and measured.The results showed that foliar spraying with 98%compound sodium nitrophenolate 5000 times dilution could improve the flowering quality of Zierqiao during the Spring Festival flower forcing process,increase the length of new branches and diameter of flowers,increase the flowering rate,shorten the flower forcing time,and prolong the single and whole flowering periods.It is recommended to use compound sodium nitrophenolate for foliar spraying during the Spring Festival flower forcing process of the peony variety Zierqiao planted in miniature pot.
