摘  要:为了探究不同基质配比对匍茎玲珑椰子幼苗生长的影响,以匍茎玲珑椰子幼苗为试验材料,本研究利用21种不同的基质进行育苗,对匍茎玲珑椰子的生长发育状况及各项指标(SPAD值、叶片数、株高)进行比较分析,筛选出适合匍茎玲珑椰子育苗的基质组合。结果表明:不同基质配比对匍茎玲珑椰子幼苗(除叶片数以外)生长指标的影响均达到显著水平。基质为园土∶河沙=1∶3时,SPAD均值最大。同一叶片不同部位的叶绿素SPAD值有明显差异。基质为蛭石时,叶片平均数最多。基质为园土∶椰糠=1∶3时,株高平均值最高。In order to explore the effects of different substrate ratios on the growth of the seedlings of the Chamaedorea stolonifera,taking Chamaedorea stolonifera seedlings as experimental materials,this study used 21 different kinds of substrates to cultivate the Chamaedorea stolonifera seedlings.The growth and development status and various indicators(SPAD,number of leaves,and plant height)of Chamaedorea stolonifera were compared and analyzed to select the suitable substrate combination for seedlings cultivation of Chamaedorea stolonifera.The results showed that the effects of different substrate ratios on growth indicators(except for number of leaves)were significant.When substrate was garden soil∶river sand=1∶3,the average SPAD was the highest.There were obvious differences in chlorophyll SPAD values between different parts of the same leaf.When substrate was vermiculite,the average number of leaves was the largest.When substrate was garden soil∶coconut bran=1∶3,the average plant height was the highest.
