摘 要:对国内部分泄洪洞工程体型布置型式和相关研究成果进行了分析,表明在泄洪洞内低佛氏数小底坡部位设置掺气设施应慎重,应开展专项研究,以确保其能形成完整稳定的掺气空腔,避免掺气设施自身成为空化源。在不设置掺气设施的条件下,通过严格控制工程的施工不平整度,可以使得水流流速在30m/s左右条件下的溢流面减免空化。研究成果在涔天河水库扩建工程2#泄洪洞的设计体型的比选中得到成功应用,可为其它类似工程的泄洪洞体型确定提供科学依据。Based on analysis of spillway layouts in China and related research findings,we found that careful considerations should be given to the setting of aeration facilities at areas with low Froude numbers and gentle slopes in tunnel spillway.A special study should be conducted to ensure a complete and stable air-entrained cavity,thereby preventing the aeration facility from becoming a source of cavitation.Moreover,we have discovered that by strictly controlling the construction evenness,cavitation can be minimized at the overflow surface with no need for aeration facilities,particularly when water flow velocities reach around 30 m/s.Such findings have been successfully applied in the scale design of the 2#spillway of Centian River Reservoir Expansion Project,and also provide a scientific reference for determining the appropriate spillway type in similar projects.
