摘 要:柱上断路器的可靠性取决于抗电磁干扰的能力,影响着电力网络的安全稳定运行,同时,一二次融合后提高了断路器抗电磁干扰抑制的难度。针对断路器的电磁干扰问题,研究了柱上断路器一二次融合后的主要电磁干扰源及其产生机理,并搭建了可以模拟测试波形的电磁干扰波;然后根据柱上断路器二次部分的电磁兼容分析设计出了一些抗干扰的措施;最后对柱上断路器进行了抗电磁干扰能力的测试并对测试情况进行分析,装置通过了设定的抗扰度测试等级,从而说明抗电磁干扰措施与分析的正确性。The reliability of the column circuit breaker depends on the ability to resist electromagnetic interference and affects the safe and stable operation of the power network,and the difficulty of anti-electromagnetic interference suppression of the circuit breaker is improved after primary and secondary fusion.In view of the electromagnetic interference problem of the circuit breaker,this paper studies the main electromagnetic disturbance source and its generation mechanism after the primary and secondary fusion of the column circuit breaker,and builds an electromagnetic disturbance wave that can simulate the test waveform;and then designs some anti-interference measures according to the electromagnetic compatibility analysis of the secondary part of the column circuit breaker;and finally tests the anti-electromagnetic interference ability of the column circuit breaker and analyzes the test situation,and the device passes the set immunity test level,thereby explaining the correctness of the anti-electromagnetic interference measures and analysis.
