摘 要:循环流化床是一种商业化运行较为成熟的煤清洁燃烧枝术,其炉内物料的流化状态将直接影响锅炉整体燃烧效率。以SHX 116-1.6/150/90-AⅡ型锅炉设计图纸为蓝本,利用颗粒动理学的原理采用双组分的方式对循环流化床内物料的流动特性进行了数值计算,分析了粗细两种颗粒在炉内的浓度和速度分布,计算结果显示炉内气固两相流与设计基本一致。Circulating fluidized bed(CFB)is a kind of coal clean combustion technology which is mature in commer-cial operation.The combustion efficiency of the boiler is directly affected by the fluidization state of the materials in the fur-nace.Based on SHX 116-1.6/150/90-AⅡboiler,the flow characteristics of materials in circulating fluidized bed were numerically calculated by the two-component method based on the principle of particle kinetics,and the concentration and velocity distribution of two kinds of particles in the furnace were analyzed.The calculation results showed that the gas-solid two-phase flow in the furnace was basically consistent with the design.
