摘　　要：随着青贮机的不断发展,其割台的割幅逐渐加宽,抛料筒长度也随之加长,但抛料筒的长度增加不利于转场和倒车工作,抛料筒会发生碰撞,存在安全隐患。针对此问题,设计了一种抛料筒折叠装置,可以通过电液控制实现抛料筒的折叠与展开。抛料筒实现折叠功能后,可确保抛料筒部件正常工作,降低抛料筒部件发生碰撞的概率,消除相应的安全隐患。With the continuous development of silage machines,the cutting width of their cutting platforms has gradually widened,and the length of the throwing barrel has also been lengthened.However,increasing the length of the throwing barrel is not conducive to transfer and reverse work,and the throwing barrel may collide posing a safety hazard.Reading this issue,a fold-ing device for the throwing barrel has been designed,which can achieve the folding and unfolding of the throwing barrel through electro-hydraulic control.After the folding function of the throwing barrel is achieved,it can ensure the normal operation of the throwing barrel components,reduce the probability of collision between the throwing barrel components,and eliminate corre-sponding safety hazards.
