摘 要:种子是播种机械的主要作用对象,在设计穴播器各部分的结构之前对其进行参数测定是必不可少的工作。为了获取棉花精密穴播器的设计依据,本文选取“新陆早42号”和“新陆早61号”两个品种棉种作为测量对象,通过各种仪器设备对其千粒重和密度、粒型、几何尺寸等物理特性以及自然休止角、滑动摩擦角、滚动摩擦角等力学参数进行了测定。研究结果为穴播器设计提供参考。Seeds are the main operation object of seeding machinery,it is necessary to measure the parameters of the seed before designing the structure of each part of the dibbler.In order to obtain the design basis of cotton precision dibbler,two kinds of cotton species"Xinluzao No.42"and"Xinluzao No.61"were selected as the measuring objects at the article of research,and their physical characteristics such as thousand kernel weight and density,grain shape and size,as well as mechanical parameters such as natural angle of rest,sliding friction angle and rolling friction angle were measured by various instruments and equipment.It provides the data and theoretical basis for the design of each component structure and the study of the working mechanism of the dibbler,which has important significance for improving the working performance and seeding efficiency.The research re-sults provide a reference for the design of hole seeders.
