摘 要:随着数字经济的蓬勃发展,信息通信行业的用能及碳排放逐年快速增长,为信息通信行业按期按量完成碳达峰碳中和目标带来挑战。综合分析信息通信网络的发展现状、趋势、外部挑战等因素,同时面向无线网、数据中心两大场景进行能耗和碳排放的量化测算,研究行业的碳达峰时间、峰值,并提出了行业的碳达峰碳中和路径建议。With the vigorous development of the digital economy,the energy consumption and carbon emissions of the information and communication industry are increasing rapidly year by year,which pose challenges for the information and communication in-dustry to achieve carbon peak and carbon neutrality goals on time and in quantity.It comprehensively analyzes the develop-ment status,trends,external challenges,and other factors of information and communication networks.At the same time,it quantifies the energy consumption and carbon emissions of wireless networks and data centers,and the peak time and peak value of carbon in the industry are studied,then suggestions for the carbon peak and carbon neutrality path of the industry are proposed.
