品管圈在降低造血干细胞移植患儿口腔黏膜炎发生率中的应用

摘　　要：目的 研究品管圈在造血干细胞移植患儿口腔黏膜炎发生率中的应用。方法 选择2020年3月—2021年9月本院收治的52例造血干细胞移植患儿作为研究对象,按收治时间不同将其分为对照组(2020年3—9月)和观察组(2021年5—9月)两组,对照组30例,观察组22例。对照组采用造血干细胞移植常规护理,观察组采用实施品管圈改进的口腔护理。比较两组患儿造血干细胞移植患儿口腔黏膜炎发生率、分度及持续时间。结果 观察组患儿口腔黏膜膜炎发生率(36.36%)低于对照组(60.00%),差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿口腔黏膜炎分度比率低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿口腔黏膜炎持续时间低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 品管圈活动能降低造血干细胞移植患儿口腔黏膜炎的发生率,缩短口腔黏膜炎持续时间,减轻口腔黏膜炎的分度,同时提高了圈员的综合护理能力。Objective To study the application of quality control circle(QCC)in reducing the incidence of postoperative oral mucositis among children who received hematopoietic stem cell transplantation.Methods Fifty-two children who received hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in our hospital from March 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the study objects,and were divided into two groups according to the time of admission,control group(March to September 2020)and observation group(May to September 2021),with 30 cases in the control group and 22 cases in the observation group.The control group received routine care of hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,and the observation group received oral care improved by implementing quality control circle.The incidence,grading and duration of oral mucositis were compared between the two groups.Results The incidence of oral mucositis in the observation group(36.36%)was lower than that in control group(60%),the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The grading ratio of oral mucositis in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The duration of oral mucositis in observation group was lower than that in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions QCC can reduce the incidence of oral mucositis among children undergoing hematopoietic stem cell transplantation,shorten the duration of oral mucositis,ease grading of oral mucositis,improve the circle caregiver's comprehensive nursing ability at the same time.
