摘  要:文中研究了一种新型气动加热风机,利用电动机带动开孔叶片高速旋转,腔体内的负压状态使空气被剧烈压缩从而升温,流道内的摩擦盒结构会进一步扰动气流带动摩擦,气流损失的动能转化为热能,实现气动加热,产出高温空气。在不同的进口流量下,对气动加热风机的加热和通风特性的影响进行实验研究。实验结果表明,随着进口流量的增大,气动加热风机的加热能力减弱,压力也随之减小,在6 m^(3)/min时该热风机的制热与流动特性最为平衡。此外,还引入了反映热风机性能的无量纲参数,在测量范围内,流量为9 m^(3)/min时,流量及功率系数最大;5 m^(3)/min时的压力系数最大,其全压系数为15.41;在流量为9 m^(3)/min时,比转速最大,为0.053。This paper studies a new type of pneumatic heating fan.The perforated blades of the heat fan,driven by the motor,rotate at high speed.Under negative pressure,the air in the cavity is severely compressed and heated up.The friction box structure in the flow channel will further disturb the airflow and drive the friction.In the boundary layer,the kinetic energy lost by the airflow is converted into thermal energy,thereby realizing aerodynamic heating and producing high-temperature air.The experimental research on the effect of different inlet flow rates on the heating and ventilation characteristics of the pneumatic heating fan is carried out.Experimental results indicate that the heating capacity of the pneumatic heating fan decreases with the increase of inlet flow,and the pressure also decreases.At 6 m^(3)/min,the heating and flow characteristics of the pneumatic heating fan are the most balanced.In addition,the dimensionless parameters reflecting the performance of the heat fan are also introduced.Within the measurement range,the flow rate and power coefficient are the largest when the flow rate is 9 m^(3)/min;the pressure coefficient is the largest when the flow rate is 5 m^(3)/min,and its full pressure coefficient is 15.41;when the flow rate is 9 m^(3)/min,the specific speed is the largest,reaching 0.053.
