摘  要:高温合金GH4169具有良好的机械性能,广泛应用于航空、精密装配等领域。在精密车削加工中难以保证零件表面粗糙度要求。为了研究切削参数对加工表面粗糙度的影响关系,根据正交试验数据,运用极差与方差分析出切削三要素对加工表面粗糙度的影响关系,预测出表面粗糙度与切削三要素之间的最优模型,对分析表面粗糙度与切削三要素之间的响应关系,基于最优预测模型,运用多目标线性规划模型优化参数,得出在切削GH4169过程中的最优参数,为以后加工GH4169奠定了理论基础。Superalloy GH4169 has good mechanical properties and is widely used in aviation,precision assembly and other fields.It is difficult to ensure the surface roughness requirements of parts in precision turning.In order to study the influence of cutting parameters on the machined surface roughness,according to the orthogonal test data,the influence relationship of the three cutting elements on the machined surface roughness is obtained using range and variance analysis,and the optimal model between the surface roughness and the three cutting elements is predicted.The response relationship between the surface roughness and the three cutting elements is analyzed based on the optimal prediction model.By using the multi-objective linear programming model to optimize the parameters,the optimal parameters in the cutting process of GH4169 are obtained,and the theoretical basis is laid for the reference of GH4169 machining in the future.
