摘 要:面向建设工程规划设计方案构建及审查的业务需求,本文结合实景三维建设过程中形成的地形级、城市级、部件级等数据成果,构建形成了融合业务数据的三维“一张图”,并基于数据引擎、服务引擎、可视化引擎、知识引擎等关键技术,实现了规划成果全方位展示、规划设计方案构建、规划设计方案对比、三维立体化评审、规划辅助决策等场景应用。通过促进三维数据、技术、场景的融合创新,有效助力了湾沚区建设工程规划设计方案的全方位、多层次展示和评审,对于充分发挥实景三维成果价值、提升数智化服务水平具有重要意义。In order to prioritize the application requirements for construction and review of construction project design scheme,combined with the data achievements of topographic level,city level and component level formed in the process of real scene 3D construction,this paper forms"One Map"that integrates business data.Based on the key technologies like data engine,service engine,visualization engine,knowledge engine,etc.,many scenarios such as omni-directional display of planning results,construction of planning schemes,comparison of planning schemes,3D evaluation,planning auxiliary analysis and so on are put into practice.By promoting the integration and innovation of 3D data,technology and scene,it effectively helps the omni-directional and multi-level display and evaluation of the design scheme of the construction project in Wanzhi district,which is of great significance to give full play to the value of 3D achievements and improve the level of digital intelligence services.
