保护性隔离感知量表的汉化及其在造血干细胞移植患者中的信度效度检验

摘　　要：目的:对保护性隔离感知量表进行翻译、跨文化调适,在造血干细胞移植患者中检验其信度、效度,为研究分析这类患者保护性隔离孤独感提供测量工具。方法:遵循Brislin模式对保护性隔离感知量表进行翻译及跨文化调适。采用便利抽样法,选取2022年1月—5月在北京市和河北省6所医院就诊的151例造血干细胞移植保护性隔离患者作为研究对象,通过项目分析、效度检验和信度分析评价量表的心理测量学属性。结果:中文版保护性隔离感知量表包括3个维度,共13个条目。总量表内容效度指数为0.949,各条目内容效度指数在0.860~1.000之间,总量表的Cronbach’sα为0.825,3个维度的Cronbach’sα在0.728~0.838之间,总量表折半信度为0.827。结论:中文版保护性隔离感知量表具有良好的信度、效度,适合中国造血干细胞移植患者使用,可为这类患者保护性隔离孤独感的研究提供有效的工具支持。Objective:To translate Perception of Protective Isolation(ISOLA)scale into Chinese and evaluate its reliability and validity among hematopoietic stem cell transplantation patients,and to provide a tool for assessing protective isolation in this population.Methods:The translation and cross-cultural adaptation of ISOLA scales were completed according to Brislin criteria.A convenient sample of 151 patients with hematopoietic stem cell transplantation in protective isolation was recruited from 6 haematology centers in Beijing and Hebei provinces between May to July,2021.The psychometric properties of the scale were evaluated by item analysis,validity test and reliability analysis.Results:The Chinese version of ISOLA included 3 dimensions and 13 items.The S-CVI was 0.949 and the range of I-CVI was between 0.860 to 1.000.Cronbach'sαof the total scale was 0.825,and Cronbach'sαof the 3 dimensions were between 0.728 to 0.838,the split-half coefficient for the total scale was 0.827.Conclusion:The Chinese version of ISOLA scale has good reliability and validity,which can be used as an effective tool for assessing protective isolation of loneliness among hematopoietic stem cell transplantation patients.
