血清学指标联合心肌三联诊断急性心肌梗死的价值研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨血清学指标联合心肌三联诊断急性心肌梗死(AMI)的价值。方法:选取2022年1—年12月桂林医学院附属医院收治的AMI患者60例为A组,同期冠心病心绞痛患者60例为B组,同期健康体检者60例为C组。比较三组的血清学指标及心肌三联指标,比较各指标对AMI的诊断效能。结果:A组肌酸激酶同工酶、肌钙蛋白、血清肌红蛋白、超敏C反应蛋白、同型半胱氨酸、血浆脑钠肽水平高于B组、C组,B组高于C组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);联合检测诊断AMI的灵敏度、阴性预测值高于单一检测,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:血清学指标联合心肌三联诊断AMI的价值显著,能提高诊断灵敏度,明确病情严重程度,指导临床合理治疗。Objective:To explore the value of serum markers combined with triple diagnosis of acute myocardial infarction(AMI).Methods:In this study,60 patients with AMI admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Guilin Medical College from January to December 2022 were selected as group A,60 patients with coronary heart disease and angina pectoris as group B,and 60 healthy people as group C.The serological indexes and myocardial triple indexes of three groups were compared,and the diag⁃nostic efficacy of each index on AMI was compared.Results:The levels of creatine kinase isoenzyme,troponin,serum myoglo⁃bin,high sensitivity C-reactive protein,homocysteine,plasma brain natriuretic peptide in group A were higher than those in group B,group C,and group B was higher than group C,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05);The sensi⁃tivity and negative predictive value of combined detection in the diagnosis of AMI were higher than those of single detection,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Serological indicators combined with myocardial triple di⁃agnosis of AMI has significant value,can improve the diagnostic sensitivity,clear disease severity,guide clinical reasonable treatment.
