摘　　要：目的:探究一体化护理干预模式对先兆早产孕妇满意度和妊娠结局的影响。方法:选取2021年2月—2023年2月徐州医科大学附属医院收治的先兆早产孕妇70例为研究对象,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各35例。对照组接受常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上实施一体化护理干预模式。比较两组不良妊娠结局、护理满意度。结果:观察组胎盘早剥、产后出血、感染、胎儿宫内窘迫、新生儿窒息的总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.040);观察组满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P=0.006)。结论:一体化护理干预模式可改善先兆早产孕妇的满意度和妊娠结局。Objective:To investigate the effect of integrated nursing intervention model on satisfaction and pregnancy outcome of pregnant women with threatened preterm labor.Methods:Seventy cases of pregnant women with threatened preterm labor admitted to the Affiliated Hospital of Xuzhou Medical University from February 2021 to February 2023 were selected as the study subjects,and were divided into a control group and an observation group of thirty-five cases each according to the method of randomized numerical table.The control group received conventional nursing,and the observation group implemented the integrated nursing intervention model on the basis of the control group.Adverse pregnancy outcomes and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results:The total incidence of placental abruption,postpartum hemorrhage,infection,intrauterine distress,and neonatal asphyxia in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.040);the satisfaction of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P=0.006).Conclusion:Integrated nursing intervention model can improve the satisfaction and pregnancy outcome of pregnant women with threatened preterm labor.
