摘 要:为赋予Lyocell/粘胶混纺纱线及其织物抗菌性,通过浸渍和浸轧使纱线和织物与抗菌纳米纤维素结合,制得Lyocell/粘胶混纺抗菌纱线及抗菌织物。制得的抗菌纱线及抗菌织物对金黄色葡萄球菌及大肠杆菌抑菌率均达到98%以上,通过浸轧整理的织物抗菌性能及耐洗性均优于浸渍整理的织物。抗菌整理后的织物回潮率变化不大,力学性能有所提高,纱线表面毛羽减少,抱合紧密。In order to endow Lyocell/Viscose blended yarns and fabrics with antibacterial properties,Lyocell/Viscose blended antibacterial yarns and fabrics were prepared by impregnating and padding the yarns and fabrics with antibacterial nanocellulose.The antibacterial rate of the prepared antibacterial yarn and antibacterial fabric against Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli reached more than 98%.The antibacterial properties and washing resistance of the fabric treated by padding were better than those of the fabric treated by dipping.The moisture regain of the fabric after antibacterial finishing did not change much,the mechanical properties were improved,the hairiness on the yarn surface was reduced,and the cohesion was tight.
