摘 要:以纺锤状轻质碳酸钙为对象,分别就1.10、1.75和2.18μm三种不同粒径的碳酸钙对卷烟纸的透气度和烟支包灰性能的影响进行了研究。同时,结合计算机图像分析方法,从卷烟燃烧时的碳线整齐度、缩灰率、碳线宽度、掉灰情况、裂口率和弯曲程度6个方面,就碳酸钙粒径对烟支包灰性能的影响进行分析。结果表明,碳酸钙的颗粒尺寸对卷烟纸透气度具有较大的影响,颗粒尺寸越大,卷烟纸的透气度越高,但过大的颗粒尺寸则会导致卷烟纸抗张强度的下降。且不同颗粒尺寸的碳酸钙具有不同的包灰效果,碳酸钙颗粒的尺寸越小,越有利于烟支包灰性能的提升,但对烟支的缩灰率及碳线整齐度会产生不利影响。In this study,the effects of fusiform light calcium carbonate with different particle sizes of 1.10,1.75 and 2.18μm on the air permeability and ash retention of cigarette paper were studied.And the influence of the particle size of calcium carbonate on the ash retention performance of cigarette was analyzed from the aspects of carbon line uniformity,ash shrinkage rate,carbon line width,ash drop,crack rate and bending degree based on the computer image analysis method.The results reveal that the grain size of light calcium carbonate greatly influenced the breathability of cigarette paper.The larger the grain size,the higher the breathability of cigarette paper.However,excessive grain size led to a decrease in the tensile strength of cigarette paper.Moreover,calcium carbonate with different particle sizes has different ash condensation effects,the smaller grain size improved the ash condensation performance of cigarettes in aspects of burn line width,ash crack rate,ash loss,and degree of the crook,but it was not good for the ash shrink rate and burn line uniformity of cigarettes.
