摘 要:职业守则是指导个人开展工作和实现价值的重要参考,是职业评价的重要标准,是行稳致远的不二法则。高校辅导员作为现代化教育体系中的一员,是高校思想政治教育工作的主力军,是全面建设社会主义现代化国家的重要人才支撑,系统研究辅导员职业守则内化与外化机制构建的目的在于更好地了解辅导员主体精神动机的内化和行为促进的范式,同时是实现思想政治教育现代化和中国式教育现代化的题中之义。推进新时代高校辅导员职业守则内化促进与外化提升的机制构建,需准确把握认知、认同、内化、外化的内涵要义以及此域与彼域之间的转换逻辑,最终实现个人职业守则自我意识化走向成熟,以期适应教育对象代际的变迁。A professional code is an important reference for guiding individuals in their work and realizing their values,serving as a crucial standard for professional evaluation and a fundamental principle for achieving stability and long-term success.As members of the modern education system,college advisors are the main force in ideological and political education work in colleges and universities,and are an important talent support for the comprehensive construction of a socialist modernized country.The purpose of systematically studying the internalization and externalization mechanisms of the advisor's professional code is to better understand the paradigm of the internalization of the advisor's main spiritual motivation and the promotion of behavior.Simultaneously,it is also the essence of realizing the modernization of ideological and political education and the modernization of Chinese-style education.To promote the construction of the mechanism for the internalization promotion and externalization enhancement of the professional code of college advisors in the new era,it is necessary to accurately grasp the connotation and significance of cognition,identification,internalization,and externalization,as well as the transformation logic between this domain and the other domain,so as to ultimately realize the self-awareness of personal professional code and move towards maturity,with a view to adapting to the intergenerational changes of the target of education.
