摘　　要：以宁波市“搭把手”新型智慧再生资源回收体系为例展开调查和数据收集,在分析传统回收模式存在问题的基础上,介绍了“搭把手”回收模式的优势以及创新发展策略和实施效果,提出了应加强宣传以增强全民参与回收意识,完善“互联网+”回收管控机制,科技创新赋能“互联网+”回收产业,制定“互联网+”回收的行业标准,积极整合各方资源的建议。This paper takes the new intelligent renewable resource recycling system of“Dabashou”in Ningbo as a case to conduct investigation and data collection.Based on analyzing existing problems in traditional recycling modes,we briefly introduce the advantages of the“Dabashou”recycling mode and its innovative development strategy and implementation effect.Finally,we put forward policy suggestions such as strengthening publicity to increase public awareness of participating in recycling,improving the“Internet+”recycling management and control mechanism,empowering the“Internet+”recycling industries by technological innovation,formulating industry standards and actively integrating resources from all parties.
